JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Understand & follow individualized Care Plan for each resident with personalized resident care at top of mind (personal care services, transfer and ambulation assistance with mechanical devices when necessary, dispense meals/dietary supplements, respond promptly to call lights, positioning in bed/wheelchair for resident comfort, etc).

2. Complete proper documentation as required, including vitals, treatments, and other important information, and report any changes in behavior or condition promptly to nursing staff.

3. Respect confidentiality and Resident Rights while also keeping resident safety as top priority.

RATE OF PAY: $16 – $16.85/hour  +$2.00 shift differential for PM and Weekend shift  +$1.50 shift differential for Night Shift

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Description/Summary
Pleasant View is Hiring a Part-time LPN for PM and an LPN for Friday and Saturday Night shifts who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, be full of energy and have a positive attitude.

Rate of Pay:  Pay for LPN is $20.42 to $23.46

Shift differential: $1.50, and $8.00 for weekends.

Description/Summary
The purpose of this position is to perform nursing care within the scope of practice of the Licensed Practical Nurse. Pool employees do not have a set schedule.
